We do not collect payment card details on this website. Online orders are handled by our ordering and payment partners on their own platforms, under their own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Information

Responding to inquiries: answering the questions, cake requests, catering requests and feedback you send us.
Order updates: confirming an order, telling you when it is ready, and letting you know about any change or delay.
Appointment reminders: reminding you about a scheduled pickup, cake consultation, tasting or catering delivery.

Contact us by email: write to contact@latropezienefactory.com and ask to be removed, and we will take you off our messaging list.
Opting out of text messages does not stop essential communication about an order you have already placed, and it does not prevent you from contacting us.
5. Data Retention
Phone numbers are removed from our messaging lists promptly after you opt out. We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for — to answer your inquiry, to complete and record your order, or to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the email address below.
6. Cookies and Analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary to make the site work — for example, remembering which boutique you chose. Others help us understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which pages they read, so that we can improve it.
